來自lea的拼寫變體。由1921年英國業(yè)余考古學家Alfred Watkins杜撰出來的一個詞，他在研究英國的古文化遺址的時候偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)這些遺址可以約略連成一條線，因此假想出一個名詞ley line. 隨后該發(fā)現(xiàn)引起世界各地考古學家的極大興趣。但后來證實，這一假設就類似于計量經(jīng)濟學，給予足夠多的數(shù)據(jù)，很容易就能構造出一些假說，但往往經(jīng)不住推敲。
